HOPE IT HELPS BACK TO YOU. WELL, THE MARINE SHOWERS FALLING FOR US AS WE BEGIN YOUR WEDNESDAY. WE’LL SEE SHOWERS AROUND THROUGH A GOOD CHUNK OF THE DAY TODAY, BUT IT’S NOT NECESSARILY A COMPLETE WASHOUT. SO SHOWERS FALLING GENERALLY NORTH OF THE CITY. IN FACT, MOST OF THE RAIN NOW IS MOVING NORTH OF INTERSTATE 80, BUT SOME SCATTERED SHOWERS STARTING TO FILL BACK IN IN THE CITY SOUTHWARD. AND THIS TREND WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE MORNING, WHERE WE’LL REDEVELOP SOME RAIN SHOWERS. THEY’LL PUSH THROUGH BEFORE OUR MAIN BATCH OF RAIN COMPLETELY EXITS. AS WE HEAD THROUGH THE EVENING HOURS. SO AGAIN, IT’S NOT A COMPLETE WASHOUT. BUT IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE OUTSIDE TODAY, YOU WILL RUN INTO RAIN AT SOME POINT, SO KEEP THE RAIN GEAR HANDY. WE’LL BACK OFF THE RAINFALL COVERAGE OVERNIGHT AND OUTSIDE OF A PASSING SHOWER WE LOOK TO BE MAINLY DRY FOR US FOR OUR THURSDAY FRIDAY AND INTO THE WEEKEND AS WELL. IT’S JUST TEMPERATURES WILL KEEP DROPPING AS COLDER AIR BEGINS ARRIVING. WE’LL STILL STAY ABOVE WHERE WE SHOULD BE FOR THIS TIME OF YEAR, BUT IT WILL FEEL MORE LIKE DECEMBER AND JANUARY AS OPPOSED TO FEELING LIKE IT’S OCTOBER OUTSIDE WITH TEMPERATURES IN THE 50S AND 60S. AND WE’LL ALSO WATCH AS OUR TEMPERATURES DO DROP FOR THE POSSIBILITY OF SEEING A COUPLE OF SNOWFLAKES AS WELL. SO ADDITIONAL RAINFALL ON TOP OF WHAT WE’VE ALREADY SEEN SO FAR TODAY ALL THE WAY THROUGH FRIDAY. GENERALLY ABOUT ANOTHER HALF AN INCH TO THREE QUARTERS OF AN INCH OF RAIN ACROSS THE AREA. NO FLOODING CONCERNS, BUT SOME PRETTY GOOD RAINFALL FOR US TO HELP. AGAIN, CONTINUE TO WASH AWAY SOME OF THAT SALT THAT WAS LEFT OVER FROM LAST WEEK. SO AGAIN, AS OUR TEMPERATURES DROP THIS WEEKEND, WE COULD SEE A COUPLE OF SNOWFLAKES MIX IN NOTHING STICKS OR ACCUMULATES, BUT THAT’S A SIGN THAT THE COLDER AIR THAT IS ARRIVING AS WE HEAD INTO OUR NEW YEAR’S WEEKEND. IT’S NOT RAINING. IT IS CLOUDY OVERHEAD. THAT’S BEEN THE PICTURE FOR ABOUT THE LAST WEEK OR SO ON ACTION CAM, AND WILL REMAIN THE PICTURE AS WE HEAD THROUGH THE REALLY THE REST OF THE WEEK AND INTO THE WEEKEND. SO AGAIN, RAIN CHANCES AROUND THROUGH THE DAY. TEMPERATURES WILL ACTUALLY HOLD PRETTY STEADY FOR US. SO OUR 54 FOR A HIGH. THE AIRPORT IS ACTUALLY ALREADY HIT. WE’LL TRY AND DO THAT AGAIN THIS AFTERNOON. AGAIN, RAIN THIS MORNING THAT WILL START TRYING TO CLEAR LATER ON TODAY. STILL THOUGH, WELL ABOVE WHERE WE SHOULD BE FOR THIS TIME OF YEAR, WE’LL DROP TO 44 TONIGHT WITH CLOUDS AGAIN. MOST OF US WILL STAY DRY FOR A GOOD CHUNK OF THE OVERNIGHT AND CONTINUE. GOOD NEWS. SUNSET TONIGHT IS 501. WE’RE CONTINUING TO HEAD IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION. 50 FOR US TOMORROW. THEN WE’RE IN THE 40S, FRIDAY AND SATURDAY. THOSE ISOLATED SHOWER CHANCES. AND AGAIN, AS OUR TEMPERATURES DROP, WE MAY HAVE TO WATCH FOR A SNOWFLAKE TRYING TO MIX IN 40 FOR YOUR NEW YEAR’S EVE. IF YOU’RE HEADING TO FIRST NIGHT, TEMPERATURES WILL BE AGAIN ABOUT FREEZING BY THE TIME WE WELCOME IN THE NEW YEAR. HIGHS IN THE 30S FOR NEW YEAR’S DAY. IN THE DAY AFTER, AND THEN BACK TO 40 NEXT WEDNESDAY. BUT WE DO DRY OU

Rain showers will be with us this morning through lunch before we start to end the rain from west to east through the afternoon. Temperatures will hold pretty steady today near 50. We will drop rain chances to only passing showers for the next few days, but we won’t be completely dry. Temperatures will continue their slow tumble into the weekend with highs in the 40s for New Year’s Eve and 30s for New Year’s Day. As we get colder this weekend, a few flurries may be possible, but nothing looks to stick or accumulate.Today: Rain showers. High of 54.Tonight: Cloudy. Low of 44.Tomorrow: Isolated showers. High of 50.
