Who lives with Sanya Richards-Ross?

On Season 15 Episode 2, Aaron told Sanya, “It’s time to be on our own.” However, Sanya didn’t necessarily agree. “We’ve just crossed a year,” she said in an episode interview. “I think we said a year or two years for the family to move out, and we’re still not at two years yet, so I don’t understand what the big fuss is all about.”
Then, after a tense conversation with her sister and her mom about the subject on Season 15 Episode 4, Sanya shared on Episode 6 that she tried to convince Aaron that her family should stay. “I’m like, ‘You realize we got, like, a live-in nanny and help that we’re not paying for,’” she shared during the episode, which aired on June 11.
“I don’t want to be selfish, but I can be in Atlanta on Monday, and New York on Friday, and L.A. on Sunday, and knowing that my son is always at home, always has someone that’s family, that I know loves him so much. It works so well for me,” she explained in an interview.
To that point, she added while speaking with her sister, “I think sometimes Ross does not think about all of the logistics,” and she noted, “I think I need to have a conversation with Rossy about, like, a realistic timeline.”
How long will Sanya’s family live with her?
Although Shari was “shocked” by Aaron’s feelings, she doesn’t plan to stay in the house permanently. “We gonna leave, regardless,” she said, later adding, “The gaping hole that is going to be in this household when we leave… is going to be appalling.”
In an interview, Sanya’s mom opened up about how the conversation made her feel. “It’s a little unsettling to be kicked out, but sometimes I think it’s time to go off in the sunset and enjoy life,” she said. “So I go back and forth.” Sanya’s father, however, “wants to stay.”

“I love this area, this space. My entire family lives here: my mom, my dad, my sister, my nephews,” she says in the video. “My mom also decorated this space. You can see a lot of the Jamaican inspiration.”
“It’s just perfect,” she adds. “We watch TV, [and] we chat until well beyond midnight.”
