Russians blow up jet ski in Black Sea calling it “Ukrainian kamikaze drone” – video

The authenticity of the video published by the Russians is questionable

Amid the reports of a strike by Ukraine on the Crimean Bridge on July 17, Russian state media has claimed that seagoing kamikaze drones were used in the attack, reportedly disguised as “jet skis.”

To confirm this, Russian Telegram users posted a rather dubious video edited from two different episodes.

The first episode shows a jet ski calmly drifting in the sea, while the second shows an explosion of an object that is said to be one of the “Ukrainian kamikaze drones.”

Thus, according to Russian propagandists, the organizers of the attack hoped that a jet ski speeding without a driver towards the Russian Black Sea Fleet’s base would not cause any suspicion amongst military personnel.

Ukrainian state and security agencies have thus far refused to elaborate on exactly how the bridge was attacked this morning.
