RTE viewers say same thing about Jamie Lee Curtis as she speaks about love of Irish people on Late Late Show

RTE viewers were all left saying the same think about Hollywood icon Jamie Lee Curtis as she spoke about her love of Irish people on The Late Late Show.

The actress joined Ryan Tubridy on tonight’s show to speak about the latest Halloween movie.

Viewers loved Jamie on the Late Late Show

While on the show Jamie looked stunning in a beautiful black dress along with some matching boots.

Starting off her interview the Everything, Everywhere, All At Once star gushed about her experience with Irish people.

She said: “The Irish are the nicest people in the world. From the moment I have stepped off the plane today – from the baggage handler, from driving, from your people – you are the nicest people on earth.

“I am telling you the truth.”

Jamie went on to gush about the movie and about wanting to make sure it didn’t become cartoonish.

She continued saying: “What I was always worried about was Laurie Strode and Halloween, as you said, would become a cartoon, would kind of become a joke and I take it probably too seriously.

“And they’re slasher movies if you boil it down – there will be blood and a lot of it but it also can be bigger than that.

“It can have themes and ideas and the more integrity that I give Laurie and the movie the more the audience gives Laurie and the movie and it’s been true.”

Jamie then spoke about both of her daughters getting married and she got emotional as she opened up about having them at her home.

She said: “The fact that both of my children have gotten married in our backyard, in our garden, at our home that they were raised in really made me feel that we were a family.

“That really made me feel we were a family.

“And I have raised these children from birth but they were both adopted from birth and I have always worked really hard that they felt that but it’s a hard thing to be adopted.

“It’s not easy and everybody has feelings about it.”
