Ronde Barber is heading to Canton.

Barber played 16 seasons in the NFL, all of which were with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and he becomes the fourth member of the Bucs’ vaunted, Super Bowl-winning 2002 defense to be inducted into the Pro Football of Fame.

When the entire nine-man 2023 induction class was announced during the annual NFL Honors on Thursday night, the Buccaneers tweeted out a wholesome video of Barber’s daughter, Justyce — a sophomore Division I lacrosse player at William and Mary — announcing her father’s selection to her Tribe teammates.

Justyce was immediately stormed by the group in a rowdy celebration, complete with chants of “Ronde!”

That’s a proud daughter, right there.

Barber was a six-time All-Pro selection, including three appearances as a First-Teamer. He holds the record for the most consecutive regular-season starts by a defensive back with 215 (224 when you include the playoffs).

Now, he’ll be permanently enshrined as one of the game’s all-time greats.
