All eyes were on Rihanna during her Super Bowl LVII halftime show performance last night—for multiple reasons. Not only was the event RiRi’s first live performance since she took the stage at the 2018 Grammy Awards, but she also debuted her baby bump during her highly anticipated performance.

While fans on Twitter quickly began speculating whether or not the nine-time Grammy Award winner was expecting, her rep confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter that she and her partner, A$AP Rocky, are expecting their second child.

The couple, both 34, are currently parents to a son, whom they welcomed last May. Rihanna recently spoke with Entertainment Tonight about how “amazing” her son is.

“Oh my god, the mornings, like, seeing his morning face!” she gushed. “Seeing a baby with, like, little bags and waking up and they’re just, like, startled. They’re trying to figure out where they’re at. It’s the cutest, it’s my favorite part of the day.”

During her 13-minute show on Sunday, Rihanna’s 12-song setlist included hits such as “Only Girl in the World,” “We Found Love,” “Work,” “Wild Thoughts” and more. The Fenty Beauty founder appeared on a floating platform throughout her performance and wore a red bodysuit and breastplate by Lowe and a matching custom coat by Alaïa.

Makeup artist Priscilla Ono, who is Fenty Beauty’s global makeup artist, opted for glam to match, with a bold red lip and sparkly eyeshadow. Hairstylist Naphia White pulled the star’s hair back into a chic up-do with several face-framing pieces left out.

When Rihanna spoke to the media at Apple Music’s Super Bowl LVII Halftime Show press conference on Thursday, she shared that she was at first apprehensive about taking on the Super Bowl halftime performance.

“But when you become a mom, there’s something that just happens where you feel like you can take on the world, you can do anything,” she stated.
