Real Housewives of Atlanta star Marlo Hampton has revealed more details about her falling out with co-star and former friend Porsha Williams.

Speaking to the Unpopular podcast, the 45-year-old admitted that she was hurt when Porsha wasn’t open with her about what went down during Cynthia Bailey’s X-rated bachelorette party.

The bachelorette party has become a major storyline on the show, with Kenya Moore strongly suggesting that Porsha and Tanya Sam got frisky with male stripper Bolo once the cameras went down.

Speaking about her issues with Porsha, Marlo said: ‘I thought she was my real friend, and my real friend would’ve told me, “Marlo, it wasn’t me”.

‘She did say that, but I speculations that it was not true because I had a reliable source tell me it was true,’ she continued.

‘So when she’s telling me this, I’m looking at her like, “Damn, you’re a liar.” Like, you can’t just say, “Marlo, I f***ed up, I did do it, I need you to hold me down.”

‘So at least I could’ve defended her. But it’s like, you looked me in my face, you lied to me, so I’m not your friend. Let’s just be clear, you don’t trust me like that and it’s cool, so let’s stop being the fake friend thing and just own what you did.’

Marlo also said that Porsha has a history of being dishonest on the hit show.

‘If you pay attention to it, even though she has a lot of followers, Porsha’s just a liar,’ she said.

‘As I sit back and look, Porsha lies, she gets her way out of s**t, and Porsha’s just a liar. So I’m so cool on Porsha saying she’s not my friend, thank you.

‘I can’t deal with a liar and a below the belt liar at that.’

Elsewhere in the conversation, Marlo admitted that she’d like to be upgraded to a full time cast member on RHOA so that viewers can see more of her real life, which includes her charity work and raising her two nephews.

The fashion entrepreneur took on full custody of her nephews Michael, 12, and William, 11, after her sister was admitted to a mental health facility to receive treatment for bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.

‘I’m really authentic on telling my true story,’ she said. ‘I could never be the girl to bring on a fake guy and pretend.

‘I only wanna give my reality because I am on a reality show and I just know that there’s someone else out there in the world that can relate to my reality instead of me trying to fake a reality story for you.’

Marlo, who was raised in the foster care system, currently runs her own charitable initiative called Glam It Up, which helps young girls in the foster system.

‘I want these girls to know that just because you’re in foster care doesn’t mean that you’re not beautiful or that you’re not worthy,’ she said.

‘It’s just your current situation but you’re gonna make it fabulous and you’re gonna make it what you want it to be.’

‘These are things I do and I don’t have to post and tell people,’ she added.

Marlo also recently put together a Black Lives Matter PSA which ran on the Bravo network and has just launched her own fashion showroom in Atlanta called Le’ Archive.
