Hill will start Wednesday against Pittsburgh, Chris Cotillo of MassLive.com reports.
Hill’s posted a 10.29 ERA in two starts off the injured list and appeared in danger of losing his spot in the rotation, but the left-hander will be given at least one more start. Josh Winckowski moves to the bullpen and will piggyback Hill against the Pirates.
