The famous Red Arrows are one of the world’s premier aerobatic display teams. The Red Arrows will be undertaking a practice route today with many residents across Britain likely to capture sight of these impressive planes. 

The Red Arrows will fly across parts of Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Surrey, Norfolk, Berkshire and London on Wednesday, March 31.

The Royal Air Force Aerobatic team is renowned across the globe for its aerobatic displays marking important occasions such as VE Day.

The Red Arrows are undertaking the practice route over these areas including Runneymede Air Force Memorial.

The route listed below is dependent on weather and other conditions and may change is required by external forces.

The planes will begin their journey at 10.37am from RAF Scampton in Lincolnshire before heading over Fiskerton around 10.39am.

They will later be visible across parts of Rickinghall around 10.54am and later across Haverhill around 10.59am.

The Red Arrows will next jet over west of Hertford around 11.03am because travelling over Watford by 11.05am.

They will reach Uxbridget by 11.06am and travel over Runneymede Air Force Memorial by 11.08am.

Next, the impressive jets will travel southeast of Wentworth around 11.09am before travelling across Wokingham around 11.11am.

The planes will travel above Skirmett and Northampton at 11.13am and 11.19am respectively.

Those living in Collingham will be able to get a glimpse of the Red Arrows around 11.28am.

The last stop along this practice flight will be in Scampton where you should be able to see these planes around 11.30am.

  • Red 2 – Fl Lt Will Cambridge
  • Red 3 – Fl Lt Nick Critchell
  • Red 4 – Fl Lt James Turner
  • Red 5 – Fl Lt David Simmonds
  • Red 6 – Fl Lt Jon Bond (Synchro Leader)
  • Red 7 – Sqn Ldr Gregor Ogston (Synchro 2)
  • Red 8 – Fl Lt Damo Green
  • Red 9 – Sqn Ldr Steve Morris (Executive Officer)
  • Red 10 – Sqn Ldr Adam Collins (Supervisor)
  • Officer Commanding – Wing Commander David Montenegro.

    Locations where the Royal Air Force Aerobatic Team will display in 2021 are yet-to-be-released.

    Dates and displays will be subject to change, due to operational, weather and other factors.

    Exact display times will likely to released here when they are confirmed.
