Baynes will shift to the bench for Wednesday’s game against Detroit, Josh Lewenberg of TSN reports.
The Raptors will get both Pascal Siakam and Fred VanVleet back from the health and safety protocols Wednesday, and coach Nick Nurse will also move Chris Boucher into the lineup at center for his third start of the season. Baynes will head to the bench for the first time since Feb. 26.
