Rapper Blueface attacked by fan after winning boxing debut against Kane Trujillo

Blueface #Blueface

Rap music star Blueface was attacked by a rogue fan after winning his boxing debut on Friday night at BKFC 19.

The musician, who is known for his hit songs Thotiana and Moonwalking in Calabasas, made his first appearance in the boxing ring at a bare-knuckle boxing event, taking on Tik Tok star Kane Trujillo.

The bout was fought at a slow pace, with the rapper clearly the better prepared of the two, handily picking up a unanimous decision.

He landed almost at will against Trujillo, who put up a spirited fight despite the clear skill disparity between the two, but was unable to call out a future opponent due to a fan invasion.

Trujillo looked somewhat competent at points, but was generally relegated to eating straight shots and spinning away from attacks, which is one of the fundamentals that fighters must not do when learning to box.

Blueface was expected to stop his opponent due to his size and skill advantage, but was unable to drop Trujillo, despite getting him to the deck once in the third with what was ruled a push.

However, the real drama took place after the bout when two fans managed to get into the squared circle and throw some blows at the music star, who hit back and clearly hurt one of the intruders.

Security quickly got the situation under control, and the bouts continued at the pace which they were expected to throughout the event.

Blueface vs Kane Trujillo was the last of three influencer boxing matches which were part of the ‘Platform Showdown’ segment of the event.

Former high school football standout DK Money took on YouTube star Nick Ireland in another social media showdown, with Ireland taking a controversial majority decision win.

The pair both looked like decent boxers, but didn’t have the gas tanks to build on any of their respective periods of dominance throughout.

DK Money flew out of the traps and landed a number of heavy shots on the more experienced fighter Ireland, who had missed out on a spot on last month’s YouTube v Tik Tok boxing event due to a controversial decision made by the show’s promoters.

And he shaped up as the more impressive fighter, taking over after the early flurry from his rival to take the second round with some strong shots.

The third round was really anyone’s to choose, but the judges clearly sided with Ireland to give him his first boxing win.

In the opening influencer bout, Tik Tok stars Evil Hero and Dakota Olave took part in one of the less impressive social media fights to date.

Neither man impressed over the three round contest, and the cocky Evil Hero was unable to put an exclamation point on his dominant performance.

All three ‘Platform showdown’ fights took place under exhibition boxing rules, with fighters wearing 14 oz gloves, as opposed to the rest of the card which saw bare-knuckle bouts take place.
