Rangers’ Tyler Motte: Exits game with upper-body injury

Motte left Thursday’s game against Ottawa and isn’t expected to return because of an upper-body injury, according to Vince Z. Mercogliano of USA Today.
Motte, who was acquired by the Rangers from Ottawa on Sunday, logged just 2:50 of ice time before exiting the contest. He entered Thursday’s action with three goals and 10 points in 43 games this season.
