Raiders vs. Jaguars score: Live updates, stats, TV channel, streaming info for NFL Hall of Fame Game in Canton
Raiders #Raiders
After 172 days, NFL football is finally back. The 2022 season begins tonight, as the Jacksonville Jaguars and Las Vegas Raiders face off in the annual Pro Football Hall of Fame Game from Canton, Ohio.
Thursday night’s game is the start of new eras for both clubs. New Jaguars coach Doug Pederson is hoping make similar magic in Jacksonville after helping deliver the first Lombardi Trophy to Philadelphia five years ago. Looking to make a similar impact in Las Vegas is Josh McDaniels, who joins the Raiders following a highly-successful run with the New England Patriots.
Tonight’s game features an interesting position battle between Jaguars’ quarterbacks Jake Luton and Kyle Sloter. Luton, a former sixth-round pick who has yet to attempt a regular season pass, will get the start with regular starter Trevor Lawrence getting the night off. Sloter returns to Canton a little over a month after quarterbacking the New Orleans Breakers in the USFL playoffs.
