Prince Harry is reportedly still working towards a “reconciliation” with his family.

After years of separation and severed ties, Harry is expected to get on a call with King Charles to discuss a potential reunion. This wouldn’t be the first time for this conversation, but the last one did not go very well. A source claimed “William as disappointed about the phone call revelation, that should never be discussed outside of the family.”

With William set to take over Charles’ duties one day, he may just be the determining factor in regards to Harry’s status. The source added that he may never “accept his brother back into the fold.”

The source continued to tell OK Magazine they believe that the relationship between Harry and William is forever destroyed with no chance for repair. They believe the “wedge” between the brothers will “derail a reconciliation with the King.”

If Harry truly wants to fix the damage that has been done from his split, public tell-all book, and ongoing denouncement of his family, it seems he will need to make some bold moves. The source said: “I think for anything serious, it would require Harry to make a public statement of apology – to the King, to his brother, to all the British and Commonwealth citizens, acknowledging he made a mistake. Until he does that, these calls amount to nothing.”

While they may be futile, this next call “will determine Harry’s final position in the family.” So, if Harry continues to be content with his ousted role and remaining in Hollywood, he won’t need to do any grand gestures of the sort. However, if he’s looking to weasel his way back into good graces, the source believes he’ll need to consider those bold apologies.

Back in Hollywood, Meghan Markle continues to circulate in the A-list circles. Without Harry, she attended Variety magazine’s Power of Women event alongside Billie Eilish, Dua Lipa, Margo Robbie, and other tastemakers of the era. As she continues to make these invaluable connections, the star admitted that there are projects in the works for Archewell Productions.
