Primary Health Properties CEO Harry Hyman to Step Down in 2024

Primary Health Properties PLC said Monday that Chief Executive Harry Hyman is set to step down at its annual general meeting in 2024, and it will start searching for a successor in the new year.
The healthcare facility investor said it expects to be in the position to make an appointment in 2023. The search will be led by Chairman Steven Owen.
After shareholder consultation and board agreement, Mr. Owen will remain as chairman until the 2024 meeting is concluded to ensure an orderly succession, subject to shareholder approval.
Shares at 0904 GMT were down 2.1 pence, or 1.9% at 108.8 pence.
