Predicted Chelsea XI vs Manchester City: Nkunku starts in 4-2-3-1 formation

Ben Chilwell has been ramping up momentum and should be up for the challenge. On his return, he found it tough to cope with his defensive duties but he looked rather relaxed in the last game.

Caicedo has been one of the most underrated players at the club over the last few months. In spite of being positioned in an unfavorable tactical setup, he’s been leaving nothing on the table and the game against the Eagles was another example of the same.

The Argentina International has scored Chelsea’s goal of the season this month and will be exerting his utmost to ensure that the Blues leave the Etihad Stadium with all the three points.

Pochettino has been exploring Palmer’s versatility but with Christopher Nkunku back and raring to go, he could move the young English International back to his natural position. When playing on the right wing, Palmer has managed to hit the nail on the head on almost every occasion.

Christopher Nkunku has already displayed glimpses of the quality he posseses. If the boys manage to keep him involved and not leave him isolated up top, facing Guardiola’s Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium will not feel like an uphill battle.
