Michigan hit the road for the first time this season and it traveled to Iowa City to take on the Iowa Hawkeyes.

Iowa has the No. 1 scoring defense (5.8 points-per-game) and the No. 6 defense that allows 236.3 yards-per-game.

The Michigan offense is going to need to execute and play turnover-free football on Saturday against the Hawkeyes. It appears that the offense will have two key players back on Saturday against Iowa.

Running back Donovan Edwards and guard Trevor Keegan both made the trip to Iowa City and both have been spotted warming up. It appears that both will be taking the field for the Michigan offense — which is huge. Last week Blake Corum carried the ball 30 times and when the Wolverines attempted to give Corum a breather, freshman CJ Stokes fumbled the ball. Having a solid backup should pay dividends for the Michigan rushing attack and having the starting left guard back will only make things easier.

Michigan is still without linebacker Nikhai Hill-Green for the fifth-straight game with a soft tissue injury and tight end Erick All did not make the trip.

Injury Report:

RB Donovan Edwards – IN

OL Trevor Keegan – IN

OL Karsen Barnhart – IN

TE  Erick All – OUT
