Power Book II: Ghost viewers left gobsmacked after major death in Monet’s revenge ploy

Although Monet originally told Frank’s wife Evelyn Castillo (Luna Lauren Velez) the truth, she decided against telling her sons out of fear of what they’d do. 

However, it seemingly took a candid conversation with Gordo about grief for Monet to tell him Lorenzo was behind his father’s death. 

As Gordo stated: “I’d slit the throat of the person that killed my father.”

During the final moments of episode five, a drunk Lorenzo walked to his car to find his tyre punctured, but as he stumbled to the spare in his boot, Gordo came up behind him with a knife and slit his throat, leaving Lorenzo to bleed to death on the ground in front of Zeke’s mural.
