Popeyes is ready to spice up Thanksgiving again with the return of its Cajun-Style Turkey.

On its site, the fried chicken fast food chain announced that fans can order their bird for the holidays, which is “hand-rubbed & infused with our signature blend of Louisiana seasonings.” To prepare the pre-cooked turkey, you only need to thaw and heat it.

The turkey, which is said to feed approximately 8 to 12 people, is available online for $99.00, with shipping included. However, Popeyes locations in Hawaii, the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Alaska will not offer the option of the Thanksgiving meal.

Those who want to have some Cajun-Style Turkey before Thanksgiving can get it well before the food-centered holiday, as it ships approximately 1-3 business days after purchase. Unfortunately, the Popeyes site notes that there is no option to pre-order, so to receive the turkey by Thanksgiving, you’d have to order it no later than the week of November 13. Customers are also advised to store the turkey in the freezer until three days before they plan to cook it.

Additionally, Popeyes included a Cajun-Style Gravy recipe to go with your Thanksgiving feast, which is made with three tablespoons of flour, 1/8 teaspoon of ground black pepper, 1 cup of turkey pan drippings, and 1 cup of water.

The recipe reads, “In a 2-quart saucepan, mix the flour, pepper and 3 Tbsp drippings to make a paste. Turn the stovetop temperature to medium-high, and gradually whisk in the remaining liquids to form a smooth gravy. Continue whisking briskly until the mixture comes to a full boil and thickens. Boil 4-5 minutes. Serve with turkey. Makes 2 cups of gravy. Double recipe for 4 cups of gravy.”
