Today’s Pokémon Presents stream has given Pokémon Scarlet & Violet players plenty to be happy about. Not only has new DLC: The Hidden Treasures of Area Zero been announced, but two brand new Pokémon have been revealed that will be available later today.

Walking Wake and Iron Leaves are two new Paradox Pokémon that will be appearing in Tera Raid battles later today, as soon as the next update is ready. Paradox Pokémon are variants on Pokémon we already know and love, and these two are no different. Walking Wake is clearly a past variant on Suicune, while Iron Leaves is a future variant of Virizion.

Of course, both of these Pokémon are each just one member of a trio. Suicune is part of the Legendary Beasts alongside Entei and Raikou, while Virizion is part of the Swords of Justice with Terrakion and Cobalion. This naturally makes questions arise of whether we’ll be seeing new paradox versions of those Pokémon in future events too.

This event is set to run from Monday, February 27, 2023 to Sunday, March 12, 2023, giving you exactly two weeks to get in and catch these Pokémon. Only one of each can be caught per save file, although you can still get some great rewards after that by beating the raids. If you miss your chance, don’t worry, as they will be available in future events, but we have no idea when that will be just yet.
