Former Good Morning Britain presenter Piers Morgan, 56, has taken to Twitter to applaud Oasis frontman Noel Gallagher, 54, for “speaking his mind” about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. The Life Stories host praised the musician for his frank views, as well as for “not caring” if they “offended” anyone, before demanding to hear “more” of the singer’s opinions on the Duke of Sussex and the Royal Family.

In view of his 7.9 million followers, the outspoken media personality applauded the singer for vocalising his views.

He wrote: “Brilliant interview… Thank God there are still stars like @NoelGallagher who speak their mind, don’t care who gets ‘offended’ & never whine about how awful their pampered privileged lives are.

“More please,” he added alongside two applause emojis.

The former newspaper editor also posted a picture of the pop star’s interview with further acclaim.

He wrote: “I’ve always thought @NoelGallagher had his finger on the pulse of the nation’s thoughts,” with two laughing emojis.

Piers’ praise of the musician comes as Noel branded Prince Harry a “woke snowflake” for publicly addressing his time as a senior member of the Royal Family, which saw him claim to have suffered mental health issues.

Noel said that he “sympathises” with his brother Prince William as he blasted Harry for “dissing” his family, saying it made him look like a “f*****g a******e” after he sat down with Oprah Winfrey in her mental health documseries The Me You Can’t See.

Speaking to The Sun, the Gallagher brother also took a swipe at the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan, for being American.

Noel has an infamously sour relationship with his brother Liam, 48, which has stretched back for years.

Acknowledging the Duke of Cambridge’s role in the situation, Noel didn’t hold back and said: “Prince William. I feel that f*****g lad’s pain.”

The star continued to add that Harry was addressing “unnecessary s***”, before going on to liken himself to the older of the two brothers.

Noel colourfully explained: ““He’s got a f*****g younger brother shooting his f*****g mouth off with s*** that is just so unnecessary. I’d like to think I was always the William.”

The musician continued to blast the youngest of the brothers and branded him a “snowflake”, before telling him to “shut up”.

Noel said: “But Prince Harry is coming across like a typical f*****g woke snowflake, f*****g a******e.

“Just don’t be f*****g dissing your family because there’s no need for it,” he added.

The singer’s views on Harry and Meghan align with the ITV host’s, who days ago claimed that he lost his job after Meghan complained about his comments following her interview with Oprah.

Speaking on 60 Minutes Australia, Piers said: “I didn’t know this at the time but Meghan Markle had complained to my boss at ITV on the Monday night

“It was demanded I apologise for disbelieving her otherwise I would have to vacate my chair,” Piers said.

He continued: “I thought there was hypocrisy, I thought there were downright lies coming out in the interview.

“I saw my job to hold them to account like I would to a government minister and for doing that, within 36 hours I had to leave the job,” Piers added.
