Patriots get good news on final injury report of the week

Bill Belichick’s team is getting healthy coming out of the bye week.
New England didn’t rule anybody out for Sunday’s game with the Giants on their final injury report of the week, while New York listed standout defensive tackle Dexter Lawrence as doubtful with a hamstring injury. He missed all three Giants practices this week.

“(Lawrence) is a really good player,” Belichick said on Friday morning. “He’s a major force, hard guy to block, big, athletic, blocks kicks. It’s hard to move him off the line of scrimmage, and when he penetrates, he can penetrate as well as any player in the league. He’s big and powerful and long. It’s pretty unique.”
New England listed seven players as questionable, including offensive tackle Trent Brown, who has been battling a pair of injuries.
“Ankle and my knee,” Brown told MassLive this week. “The Buffalo game, third to last drive, I got rolled up on down on the goal line. That was ankle and knee, MCL. Early on in the Miami, I rolled it, again. I had a high and low ankle sprain. I’m pretty much still dealing with it, but it’s getting better.”
