Mark Antony Homes is proud to present its entry for the 2022 Parade of Homes, “The Sophia Anne.”
The home, which is “truly as impressive inside as it is out,” is a fitting example of the work done by Mark DeAngelis and his team at Mark Antony. Their concept of “Quality is priceless” is evident here.

The 3,083 square foot contemporary craftsman home wastes little time in grabbing your attention.
The foyer opens into the heart of the home, showing off its open concept layout.
The stained oak hardwood floors lead to a large, eat-in kitchen complete with custom shaker-style cabinetry, Cambria countertops, and an “imperfect” tile backsplash.

Large windows and a three-panel sliding glass door keeps the great room bright and sunny. The 18-foot ceilings makes the room feel even larger and allows for a beautiful floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace.

An open staircase brings one to the second-floor hallway which overlooks the great room.
There are four good-sized bedrooms on the floor, each with an attached bathroom.
The owners’ bedroom feels “like a retreat” with large windows, a gas fireplace, big closet, and a luxurious bathroom with soaking tub.
Relax in the 695 square foot finished basement which has its own wet bar and media room. Skip the trip to the theater and stay in and watch movies at home.
With its combination of “classic craftsman fundamentals” and modern design and trends, the home will surely “stand the test of time.”
You can see “The Sophia Anne” for yourself during The Parade of Homes which continues daily through October 23, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
