The following motorists have all recently been convicted in our courts of the following offences:
Camille Hill, 51, of Queen Mary Court, Derby, was fined £242 and was ordered to pay £90 costs, a £34 victim surcharge and had her licence endorsed with six penalty points for driving without insurance or a valid licence on the A608, in Smalley, on December 9, 2021.

James Holwell, 32, of Green Lane, Tutbury, was fined £300 and was ordered to pay £95 costs, a £34 victim surcharge and had his licence endorsed with six penalty points for driving without insurance or a valid MOT certificate in Sandy Lane, Swadlincote, on February 22, 2022.
Luke Hood, 25, of Muse Lane, Boylestone, Ashbourne, was fined £549 and was ordered to pay £90 costs, a £34 victim surcharge and had his licence endorsed with four penalty points for speeding at 44mph in a 30mph limit and failing to stop in Main Road, Elvaston, on October 28, 2021.
Alfie Houldsworth, 18, of Radnor Street, Derby, was fined £660 and was ordered to pay £90 costs, a £66 victim surcharge and had his licence endorsed with six penalty points for driving without insurance or a valid licence in Harvey Road, Alvaston, on December 19, 2021.
Nasir Mahmood, 64, of Greenfields Avenue, Littleover, was fined £220 and was ordered to pay £90 costs, a £34 victim surcharge and had his licence endorsed with three penalty points for failing to comply with a traffic signal in Town Street, Sandiacre, on November 24, 2021.
Andrew Merrin, 52, of Ripley Road, Sawmills, was fined £1,100 and was ordered to pay £90 costs, a £110 victim surcharge and had his licence endorsed with six penalty points for driving without insurance and for speeding at 41mph in a 30mph limit in Street Lan, Denby, on March 3, 2022.
Timothy Maloney, 26, of Godfrey Drive, Ilkeston, was fined £660 and was ordered to pay £90 costs, a £66 victim surcharge and had his licence endorsed with six penalty points for driving without insurance or a valid licence in Nottingham Road, Ilkeston, on November 10, 2021.
David Mosley, 47, of Rimsdale Close, Sinfin, was fined £660 and was ordered to pay £90 costs, a £66 victim surcharge and had his licence endorsed with six penalty points for driving without insurance in Ascot Drive, Derby, on September 11, 2021.
Dean Mudd, 30, of Grosvenor Street, Derby, was fined £115 and was ordered to pay £90 costs, a £34 victim surcharge and had his licence endorsed with six penalty points for driving without insurance or a valid licence in Osmaston Road, Derby, on November 2, 2021.
Benjamin Narty, 46, of Bramfield Avenue, Derby, was fined £120 and was ordered to pay £90 costs, a £34 victim surcharge and had his licence endorsed with six penalty points for driving without insurance or a valid licence in Upper Boundary Road, Derby, on November 29, 2021.
Salfuzen Neagu, 20, of Holcombe Street, Normanton, was fined £880 and was ordered to pay £90 costs, a £88 victim surcharge and had his licence endorsed with six penalty points for driving without insurance, a valid licence or a valid MOT certificate in St Alkmunds Way, Derby, on March 2, 2022.
Marcel Nemet, 23, of Becher Street, Normanton, was fined £320 and was ordered to pay £90 costs, a £34 victim surcharge and had his licence endorsed with six penalty points for driving without insurance or a valid licence in Netherclose Street, Derby, on November 26, 2021.
Kelly Fantom, 43, of Wheatley Avenue, Somercotes, was fined £120 and was ordered to pay £110 costs, a £34 victim surcharge and had her licence endorsed with six penalty points for driving without insurance in High Holborn, Ripley, on May 9, 2021.
Mason Griffiths, 21, of West Road, Spondon, fined £300 and was ordered to pay, a £34 victim surcharge and had his licence endorsed with six penalty points for driving without insurance in Ascot Drive, Derby, on May 29, 2021.
Brian O’Donnell, 36, of Merevale Way, Stenson, Fields, was fined £662 and was ordered to pay £620 costs, a £66 victim surcharge and was disqualified from driving for a year for failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis when suspected of committing a motoring offence, in Derby, on July 11, 2020.
Justice Ehosiem, 27, of Woods Lane, Chaddesden, was fined £120 and was ordered to pay £100 costs, a £34 victim surcharge and had his licence endorsed with six penalty points for driving without a valid licence or insurance, in Dairy House Road, Normanton, on April 11, 2021.
