Oh, March Madness. We’ve missed you.
The first full day of men’s NCAA tournament action wasn’t short on drama. Here are five moments that had the internet talking.

15-seed Oral Roberts pulled off the upset of the day, and might end up with the upset of the tournament, knocking off Ohio State in overtime.
The Golden Eagles led by seven in the second half before Ohio State came back to take the lead with less than two minutes left. But Kevin Obanor had 30 points and 11 rebounds for Oral Roberts, including a pair of free throws to tie the game before overtime. He scored seven of the team’s 11 points in overtime. Max Abmas, the nation’s leading scorer, had 29 points.

Mean Green and Beavers pull off upsets
13-seed North Texas knocked out Purdue with a dominant performance in overtime. 12-seed Oregon State kept dancing with a win over Tennessee.

Sister Jean became a March Madness icon in 2018 during Loyola Chicago’s tournament run. The Ramblers are dancing again, and so is Sister Jean. She watched Loyola Chicago beat Georgia Tech 71-60.

Colgate steals our hearts, for a half
It looked like Colgate was going to pull off the first upset of the day, as it led by as many as 14 in the first half against Arkansas. The big lead made them a favorite as an upset pick on Twitter. Arkansas ended the first half on a 17-0 run and ended up coasting to an 85-68 win, but the Raiders sure helped fans brush up on how to get excited during the tournament.
Brad Davison lights it up for Wisconsin in
Brad Davison came into Wisconsin’s tournament opener against North Carolina averaging 9.4 points per game on the season. So he went out and scored 29 points on 10-of-15 shooting in the Badgers’ 85-62 win over the Tar Heels.
