Nick Saban turns tables on radio show caller with hilarious rant

Nick Saban went on the offensive Thursday night, and, in the process, left a popular radio show caller speechless and the crowd in stitches.
Peewee from Grand Bay, the well-known caller to the weekly “Hey Coach” radio show, was once again ready to talk to the Alabama coach, but Saban went a different route during the show.
Peewee Roberts is generally the first caller to kick off the show. He’s a regular dating back years. Thursday was no exception, but the Alabama coach turned the tables on the show regular.
“Well, Peewee, I’ve been wanting to talk to you all week, man,” Saban said. We have to firm up the pocket. We’re setting too soft. We’re getting push back in the middle. Everybody thinks we can’t hold up against the blitz, but they are sacking us with one three-man rush. Only one sack came off a pressure.
“So, I wanted to ask you: ‘What the hell is going on?”
After the laughter died down, Peewee could only reply the only way he could.
“I think you covered it all right there.”
Earlier in the day, Pat McAfee asked Saban if he is “soft” when he comes to dealing with players after a loss. It is unlikely anyone would use that word in describing Saban’s exchange with Peewee, but he certainly seems relaxed.
