Browns vs. Steelers headlines top divisional matchups

Chiefs-Eagles is one of the most anticipated Super Bowl rematches in NFL history. Vikings-Broncos is a battle between the league’s two hottest teams. Beyond that, the slate is not the best in terms of attention-grabbing matchups, but there are several crucial divisional games. We ranked them below (from least to most intriguing):

6. Giants (2-8) at Commanders (4-6): Absolute must-win game for Washington if it has any hope of getting into the playoffs as a wild card team. Otherwise, avoid watching if possible.

5.  Titans (3-6) at Jaguars (6-3): Is Jacksonville a real contender after no-showing against the 49ers? If it is, it should handle Tennessee and rookie quarterback Will Levis with relative ease.

4. Bears (3-7) at Lions (7-2): Justin Fields is back for Chicago, which has been frisky at times this season. This likely won’t be one of those times as Detroit takes care of business, but maybe we’ll get a high-scoring affair.

3. Seahawks (6-3) at Rams (3-6): Seattle seems locked into a playoff spot, while Los Angeles has lost three straight. However, Matthew Stafford is back for a Rams team that beat the Seahawks in Week 1. Win this one, and they could be a dark horse to sneak into the No. 7 seed in the NFC.

2. Jets (4-5) at Bills (5-5): This was supposed to be the matchup that helped determined who won the AFC East. Instead, it’ll likely determine who’s still a playoff contender entering the season’s final stretch.

1. Browns (6-3) at Steelers (6-3): This might be the worst matchup between 6-3 teams of all time, but all that matters in this league is wins, and both teams have racked up plenty of them so far. Cleveland is starting a rookie QB against a team which has been outgained in every single game this season — yet one of these clubs will still have a chance at overtaking the Ravens for the division title.
