As the Fourth of July weekend arrives, so does a fresh batch of new music. Here are some of the top music releases for the week of June 30.
Atlanta music legend Skooly released his six-track Sleeping Giant project at the top of June. The former Rich Kidz star told rolling out he performed like he had something to prove because he’s taken a break from releasing new music for a couple of years.
Lil Uzi Vert released his highly anticipated Pink Tape, a 26-track album that features Travis Scott, Nicki Minaj, Bring Me The Horizon, Don Toliver and BABYMETAL.
The Alchemist released Flying High, an eight-track album that’s four songs and four instrumental tracks. Earl Sweatshirt, billy woods, T.F, Boldy James, MIKE, Sideshow, Larry June and Jay Worthy.
Rylo Rodriguez released BEEN ONE, a 19-track project that features EST Gee, Lil Baby, Lil Durk, Fridayy, Lil Yachty, NoCap and Lil Poppa.
Earlier in the week, Jay Rock joined forces with Kal Banx to release “Eastside.”
Tobi lou released Decent, an 8-track project that features the likes of Polo G, Dame D.O.L.L.A, Chief Keed and Saba.
10kdunkin released “OPPS FANNED OUT / SOS TRIPPIN,” his third single off his upcoming album.
In Latin music, DannyLux released “ZAFIRO” featuring Pablo Hurtado.
SPINALL and Wizkid released “Loju.”
Nasty C released “No More.”
Grouptherapy. released i was mature for my age, but i was still a child, a 16-track project.
Sampha released “Spirit 2.0.”
A few months after his collaboration with Jermaine Durpi, Curren$y teamed up with Harry Fraud for VICES, a nine-track project that features the likes of Jim Jones, Larry June and Benny The Butcher.
The Weeknd released “False Idols” featuring Lil Baby, Suzanna Son, and “Like a God.”
