Nazem Kadri calls out TSN with angry Tweet for their take on Michael Bunting’s dirty hit
Bunting #Bunting
Michael Bunting has been the talk of the town so far during this year’s playoffs. The Toronto Maple Leafs forward has been a huge topic of discussion during recent weeks, as he’s been involved in several controversial incidents on the ice, leading to him claiming that the referees dislike him and are trying to punish him.

Well, Bunting had the worst start possible to the playoffs, as he made a dangerous hit on Erik Cernak, which got him sent off from Game 1. It was later announced that the NHL handed a suspension on Bunting, and he will therefore miss the upcoming three games of the series.
When the NHL announced the suspension, TNT reported about it, and host Bryan Hayes said Bunting’s hit had shades of Nazem Kadri from when he played in Toronto.

The Tweet from TSN Hockey had ”Shades of Nazem Kadri…” as a headline, and then followed:
”@HayesTSN on how crushing the Leafs’ start to the game was, how much of an impact Michael Bunting’s match penalty for his hit to the head of Erik Cernak had and how concerning Ilya Samsonov’s shaky performance was,” followed by a link to the TSN video.

It turns out that Nazem Kadri saw the Tweet, and he didn’t like it one bit. He responded to TSN on Twitter, letting everyone know he wasn’t pleased with it.
“Y’all gotta leave me outta this one. Come on man!” He wrote.
Nazem Kadri left Toronto four years ago and has since won a Stanley Cup ring with the Colorado Avalanche. He’s now with Calgary Flames, which missed the playoffs this year.
