Jordan Pickford and Mohammed Kudus both found themselves in the referee’s book after squaring up at the London Stadium.
The West Ham star had hit the deck following a challenge from behind from James Tarkowski.

However, the Everton goalkeeper clearly wasn’t convinced, shouting over Kudus as he lay on the deck.
The Hammers player, though, took umbrage, springing to his feet to push his chest into the Toffee star.
“The tackle looked pretty silly, he was flying into him,” talkSPORT’s commentator for the game Olly Clink said live from the London Stadium. “No action has been taken on that, there’s no VAR check on it, but it caused quite a stir.
“All the players started surrounding the referee, Jordan Pickford came out and was furious. He got a yellow card for his trouble.
“Kudus got involved, they had a bit of a scrap. It was almost all XIs around the referee. It all resulted with an Everton free-kick!”
Former Arsenal star Perry Groves, who was alongside Clink, continued: “I think it was given as offside as Tarkowski’s come into the back of Kudus.
“Pickford’s got himself involved for no reason and run 20-yards. It was a lot of pushing and shoving, playground stuff.”
The England goalkeeper couldn’t help but laugh as Stuart Attwell presented him with a yellow card and was jeered by the home fans for the remainder of the first half.
