Sir Mo Farah after crossing the finish line after taking part in the Antrim Coast Half Marathon. The four-time Olympic gold medallist joined an elite line-up in Larne, County Antrim after accepting an invitation from race organiser James McIlroy.
Mo Farah was knocked to the ground as fish guts were poured all over him during the latest stomach-churning I’m A Celebrity trial.
The Olympian took on the terrifying Fort Locks trial in a bid to win meals for his fellow contestants on the ITV reality show.
Before starting, he admitted that he felt the pressure to do well and that it was “not knowing” that frightened him.

Hosts Ant and Dec told the runner he had to retrieve stars that were locked within “hell holes” built into the castle walls. And all manner of creatures would be thrown into the mix.
Farah seemed fine as he rummaged around in the first hole – which was full of worms – but looked disgusted and started to groan when he encountered fish innards and locusts.

When the trial finally ended, the athlete had secured nine stars.
He seemed disappointed, saying that the hardest element was “just not knowing (what was) on the other side”.
“A lot of the time it was worse in your head than it was in the hole,” laughed Dec.
