Meghan Markle has impressed fans with her stylish outfit to attend the second day of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations.

The Duchess of Sussex, 40, arrived alongside her husband Prince Harry, 37, for the Service of Thanksgiving at St Paul’s Cathedral.

For her first official royal event in over two years, she wore a white coat mididress featuring a belt, statement collar, cropped sleeves and a slight A-line skirt.

The mother-of-two, who styled her hair in a sleek low bun, finished off her look with a wide-brimmed white hat, gloves and heels.

Additionally, the duchess opted for a set of diamond earrings which she was previously seen wearing at the Commonwealth Day Service in March 2020 – her last official public appearance as a working royal.

Her chic ensemble wowed viewers watching at home, who proceeded to share their admiration for her outfit choice online.

Posting on Twitter, one person wrote: “Go Meghan!!! Best dressed in the church.”

Another commented: “Stunningly gorgeous! Sophisticated, class and elegance.”

And a fourth added: “Our Duchess is GLOWING.”

Many social media users also commented on how “happy” she and the duke, who frequently held hands, looked as they greeted members of the congregation.

It comes as the the duke and duchess – who have travelled to the UK with their son Archie, three, and 11-month-old daughter Lilibet – were cheered upon their arrival at the church.

They have so far kept a low profile during the Jubilee weekend, and yesterday watched the Trooping the Colour parade from the Major General’s Office alongside other members of the Royal Family.

The duchess was spotted playfully shushing younger royals, giving a glimpse of her navy off-shoulder dress and cream hat.

Following today’s service, senior royals will attend a Guildhall reception hosted by Lord Mayor but this invitation doesn’t include the Sussexes as they’re no longer working royals.
