Meek Mill has announced that he and his girlfriend, Milan Harris, are separating. The couple welcomed a child together in May.
“Me and Milano decided to remain friends and build our child as separate parents … we still have mad love for eachother but we both came to a understanding,” the rapper wrote on Instagram Sunday afternoon (July 26).
In a caption for the note, he added: “no fall out either just moving forward! Still love! This for protection so social media wont think we moving wrong.”
Harris has not publicly commented on the situation. Instead, on Sunday night, she posted an Instagram update that said, “I’d never address my private life, publicly,” along with a message to demand justice for Breonna Taylor.
