Media Mogul Byron Allen Accusing McDonald’s Of Discrimination In LawsuitMedia mogul Byron Allen launched discrimination accusations against Chicago-based McDonalds. A new lawsuit filed by two of his media companies claims the fast food giant refuses to advertise on Black-own television networks, including the Alle-owned Weather Channel. According to Bloomberg News, the suit claims McDonald’s spends less than 1% of its ad budget with Black-owned businesses. McDonald’s said it plans to more than double ad spending with minority and women owned businesses over the next few years.
