CLEMSON, S.C. – The No. 25 Clemson Tigers are set to host the No. 12 South Carolina Gamecocks for the season home opener on Thursday night at Historic Riggs Field. The match will begin at 7 p.m. and will be streamed on ACCNX. 

The Tigers will look to start the 2023 season out strong and secure a victory on their home field. The last time these two nationally ranked teams played one another, the match ended in a draw, however the Tigers have won three of the last four matches against the Gamecocks. 

Set to take the field are star-returners Hal Hershfelt and Megan Bornkamp who have both received multiple preseason accolades including being named to the Preseason All-ACC Team and being named players to watch by United Soccer Coaches.
