“The Falcon and the Winter Soldier” star Sebastian Stan recently revealed how he expects to see Bucky Barnes die in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

How might Bucky Barnes die?

Stan recently told Uproxx that he has an idea for how Bucky Barnes, who is also the Winter Soldier, might die in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

  • “You want me to answer how Bucky would die?” Stan said in an interview with Uproxx. “Oh man, hopefully at this point, it would be in a nice warm bed as a 200-year-old man with a family. That’s his way now, I think he’s earned that.”
  • Of course, Bucky doesn’t have a family in “The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.” But, as ComicBook.com notes, Bucky did go on a date in the premiere episode, which could be a sign that the Winter Soldier is looking to have a family.

Will someone die in Episode 5?

“The Falcon and the Winter Soldier” writer Malcolm Spellman pointed to Episode 5 as one of the most important episode of the series, according to Mashable.

  • “Hands down, (episode) five, it just gets real. And (in episode) five, you’re going to cry,” Spellman said, according to ComicBook.com.
  • Spellman also hinted at Episode 5 will have a new character from the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

“There are characters in our series who I would love to see partnered with like — it’s a very, very grounded character — one of the big world-shakers like Thor or someone like that who hasn’t moved on. Because the personality is so strong; it’s the Episode 5 character. I’d love to see that character with Thor,” he told Rotten Tomatoes.
