Mark Masai lands new job after leaving NTV

Months after leaving Nation Media Group (NMG) where he worked as a news anchor, Mark Masai is all smiles after he was appointed the Public Relations Director at Professional Marketing Services (PMS).

Through a statement, the company said Masai’s extensive experience in communication will be instrumental in helping them meet their objectives going forward.

On his part, the seasoned news anchor said he was looking forward to his new role and is confident in his abilities to meet the needs of different audiences.

“Communication is my first language and I have a knack for speaking to and reaching an audience with a desired outcome.

“The market is open and I am ready to close the deals and grow brands,” he said.

Following his exit from NMG in early December 2022, Masai tweeted,” Let’s face it, a conversation needs to be had about HR and how operations can be managed better. Watch this space.”

Netizens assumed he was pointing an accusing finger at his former employer but he set the record straight when he said the tweet was meant to promote a Twitter Space he would host later that day.

“NTV Kenya is a great team! These are different times. Was a great show. Time for a short commercial break. I’ll be back,” he tweeted at the time.
