Manchester United scored two stunning team goals during the second half of Tuesday’s pre-season friendly against Crystal Palace.

The Red Devils, playing in only their third match under Erik ten Hag, scored two team goals that Ajax would have been proud of.

Starting from goalkeeper David de Gea, eight passes later and the ball was in the back of the net via Marcus Rashford’s finish.

The link-up play between Anthony Martial, Jadon Sancho and Donny van de Beek in the build-up to Rashford’s finish was sublime and you can watch it here:

What a brilliant team goal.

Sure, it wasn’t the strongest Palace side they were facing, but take nothing away from the goal.

United fans never saw goals of that quality, involving so many players, under either Ole Gunnar Solskjaer or Ralf Rangnick last season.

Sancho then finished off another beautiful move shortly afterwards, with the move once again starting with De Gea.

Beautiful football!

Has Ten Hag ball already arrived at Man Utd?

It’s still early days, of course, but Ten Hag will be delighted with what he’s seen from his new players so far this summer.

Christian Eriksen and Lisandro Martinez are yet to join up with their new teammates, while there’s still a chance that Frenkie de Jong arrives from Barcelona.

United took the lead in the 17th minute through Martial, who kept up his run of impressive recent goalscoring form.

The French forward, who returned to Old Trafford this summer following a loan spell with Sevilla, netted his third goal in as many pre-season friendlies after also getting on the scoresheet in United’s 4-0 and 4-1 victories over Liverpool and Melbourne Victory.
