Man killed, woman critically wounded in Harvey shooting, Jefferson Parish deputies say

A Harvey shooting left a man dead and a woman in critical condition early Saturday.

The Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office said deputies were summoned at 1:20 a.m. to an apartment complex in the 1000 block of Manhattan Boulevard. In the parking lot they found a women shot in the face and a man fatally shot. The woman was taken to a hospital.

The Sheriff’s Office did not immediately release other details.
