Man killed in shooting on Indy’s near north side

Indiana Canine Assistant Network, or ICAN, is known for training and placing service dogs for those in need. And now, as the month of love approaches, their annual ‘Puppy Love’ Valentine’s fundraiser is kicking off to help raise money to continue their mission of training service dogs.
