Man gunned down in Old Harbour

ST CATHERINE, Jamaica – A 53 year-old St Catherine man was gunned down in Old Harbour in the parish on Saturday.
The deceased has been identified as Everald Smith of a Capture Land, Phase 2 address in Old Harbour.
The police’s Corporate Communications Unit confirmed the incident.
Reports are that at about 12:45 pm, residents reported hearing gunshots and summoned the police.
Smith was later pronounced dead at hospital.
