Mads Burnell would have loved to ‘stand and bang’ with Saul Rogers but glad he fought smart

UNCASVILLE, Conn. – After defeating Saul Rogers at Bellator 257 on Friday, Mads Burnell spoke about the importance of following his mind – not his heart.

Burnell (15-3 MMA, 2-0 BMMA) spoke to reporters on being surprised at the way the fight played out, his callout of Daniel Weichel, Bellator’s featherweight division and more.
