The wildest elements of Madonna’s Grammys 2023 look didn’t even make it to air.
The Queen of Pop’s appearance lit up the internet during music’s biggest night Sunday, where she introduced Kim Petras and Sam Smith’s performance of their hit song “Unholy.”
The 64-year-old superstar picked uncharacteristically buttoned-up attire for the evening, hitting the stage in a vintage Thierry Mugler Haute Couture skirt suit — which she paired with a riding crop, just as the look was shown on the runway back in 1997 — and a pair of towering Vivienne Westwood platform heels.
But on Monday, Madonna took to Instagram to show fans her full look for the Grammys, which originally included a bow-tied ribbon brooch (also by Vivienne Westwood) in the style of the Royal Family Order, but playfully festooned with a bedazzled phallus.

The “Like a Virgin” songstress also spotlighted one of her handbags for the event: a glittery silver clutch with “F—K” spelled out in bold black letters.
Other elements of Madge’s Grammys look included a conversation-starting Off-White satchel emblazoned with “insert money here,” layers of Loree Rodkin rings, looped braids and sultry fishnet stockings.

Madonna’s no stranger to scandalous sparkle; she’s also the proud owner of several Crave Vesper Necklaces ($149), which double as vibrators.
And the “Hung Up” hitmaker’s not the only A-lister to rock penile bling at the musical awards show; in 2021, Harry Styles memorably opened the Grammys with a performance of “Watermelon Sugar” while wearing a rather phallic Gucci banana pendant.
