Love Island: Paige and Jacques discuss their relationship during Casa Amor

Love Island viewers believe they have worked out what Jacques will do in the Casa Amor recoupling – and think it will lead to explosive villa action.

Jacques O’Neill was seen claiming he wasn’t going to worry about Paige Thorne’s feelings in a recent episode, as he cracked on with Cheyanne Kerr.

Over in Casa Amor, Paige has stayed loyal to him and has been crying over whether he will have moved on by the time she returns.

In scenes airing on Wednesday, Jacques kissed Cheyanne as he appeared to move on from Paige – but soon the boys were rocked by news that the recoupling was on the way.

The boys and girls will now take part in ‘stick or twist’ as they decide whether to pair up with a bombshell, or stay in their current couple.

Watching the scenes unfold, fans became convinced that Jacques was going to choose Paige – only to be exposed later on.

Taking to Twitter, one wrote: “yh i feel like jacques and dami will both stick with paige and indiyah but when they find out what they’ve been up to it’s definitely gonna cause some drama.”

Another wrote: “My prediction is Jacques will kiss Cheyanne but decide to stick with Paige but Paige will find out what he has been up like Millie did with Liam..”

A third said: “Jacques has studied love island better than I studied for my GCSEs watch him stick with Paige because Liam won last year and he thinks he’ll still have a chance of winning £50k.”

Meanwhile a fourth commented: “Why do I feel like Jacques and Paige is gonna be another Millie and Liam…”

It comes as some Love Island fans were left annoyed after realising the ITV2 series has ditched a savage twist from the show.

Neither villa has been sent a postcard exposing the ‘cheating’ antics of the boys or the girls to their original partners.

Normally, a postcard containing images of Islanders kissing bombshells and sharing a bed with them is sent to the main villa, and it often causes upset.

This didn’t happen this year, and instead it has gone straight to the recoupling.

Some fans wondered if it was because of how much upset it caused in the last series, leading to Ofcom complaints.

It has been ditched once before too before returning last series, and some viewers are thinking producers are saving all the juicy content for Movie Night instead.

Either way, some viewers are not happy about it given how much the boys have had their heads turned this series.

Taking to Twitter, viewers shared their outrage over the missing postcard, realising the girls would not be warned before making their choices.

One viewer said: “my head is already hurting. no postcards? casa cut short, very messy.”

Another asked: “Wait, does this mean there will be no postcard ? no heads up? Just the girls being left solo and shocked once their partners walk in with new birds??!”

A third said: “So no postcard this year?” which was echoed by a fourth viewer who tweeted: “we were ROBBED of postcard saga what the f**k.”

Love Island airs every night at 9pm on ITV2 and ITV Hub.
