She also proved there is every chance she’ll use it to discuss Luca, after breaking her silence on their split at a party in Dublin.

Speaking to Goss.ie, Gemma said: “We’re in talks of potentially having my own TV show which would be really exciting.

“Nothing is confirmed yet, but I’d definitely like to be back on TV soon.”

It comes after The Sun revealed Gemma was being lined up to appear in a series about footballers’ daughters.

As we told last night the star opened up about the pain of splitting from former fishmonger Luca at a PrettyLittleThing party.

She told Goss.ie: “These last few weeks, as going through any break-up, it’s not nice. It’s not a nice time.

“Having to deal with the press and other people’s opinions, and people thinking that they know what’s going on when they don’t, that’s been challenging.”

The star said her Love Island co-stars had been a huge support after they broke off their relationship in the outside world.

The reality star announced that she and Luca, 23, had split in a message posted on Instagram last month.

Her statement read: “I wanted to let you know that Luca and I are no longer in a relationship. It wasn’t an easy decision but ultimately this is what is best for both of us right now.

“Many of you have been on this journey with us from the beginning and I want to thank you for your continued support as a new chapter starts.”

Luca later released his own statement in which he told fans he’d turned his phone off to make sense of the situation privately.

He added: “We will remain good friends and I wish nothing but the best for her.”
