Love Island fans shocked as bombshell Montel reveals his ‘real age’ on date with Jess

LOVE Island fans couldn’t believe it last night when bombshell Montel McKenzie revealed how old is he.

On a date with Jess, Montel said he was 25 years old despite looking slightly younger for his age.

The hunky semi-pro footballer Montel entered the villa last night alongside fellow bombshell Mal Nicol.

The stunning picture researcher risked having a row with Molly and Jess after vowing “I’m going to take your man”.

But it was Montel revealing his real age that raised eyebrows from viewers.

“Montel does not look 25, he looks like a kid,” said one.

Another shocked fan said: “Montel is 25.. even older than Catherine I like that.”

Someone else said: “Montel is giving small boy, I screamed when he said he is 25 and him spilling the drinks – pls.”

Last night Montel got to know Catherine who’s currently coupled up with Scott.

He called her a “real boss” and said she was the one he had his eye on after entering the villa.

Speaking in the beach hut after their chat, Montel said: “We just got along as if we’d known each other ages.

“She’s a very very intelligent girl.

“She’s the type of girl I kind of need.”

The 25-year-old plays for Hemel Hempstead Town as a defender.

But he is now ditching the pitch for life as a reality star on Love Island 2023.

Speaking to ITV about deciding to go on the show, he said: “I just haven’t found someone I want to date, I’m always so busy with work and football!”
