Betfred Cup Draw 2020 Live: We’ve not yet reached October but already a trip to Hampden beckons for the eight clubs remaining in the Betfred Cup.

This week’s quarter-final ties will decide who heads to the national stadium with four teams a step closer to claiming the first silverware of the season.

Celtic are bidding to retain the trophy for the fourth straight season and are hot favourites to be in the draw as they host Championship strugglers Partick Thistle.

Rangers face a tricky test on the plastic pitch at the Tony Macaroni Arena, where they came unstuck to Livingston on league duty last season.

When is the Betfred Cup quarter-final draw? The draw will take place TODAY straight after Rangers’ away tie with East Fife. The game itself kicks off at 3pm. It will be screened live on BT Sport. If you haven’t already you can sign up for BT Sport HERE.

The SPFL have confirmed the draw will be held immediately after the televised clash, which is Rangers’ trip to Livingston which kicks off at 7.45pm, so expect the draw after 9.30pm. Extra time in that fixture will inevitably push the start time back.

And four of the five games yesterday went to extra time as Hibs, Partick Thistle, and Kilmarnock ran out close winners. Livingston beat League One side Forfar 2-1 as Hearts got the better off Motherwell on Friday night.
