Lions use Walter White line on ‘Breaking Bad’ star at the game rooting for Rams
Lions #Lions
DETROIT – The Detroit Lions organization sent a little ribbing to a big time “Breaking Bad” actor who was at the game rooting for Los Angeles. And if you blinked, you probably missed him as he was sort of in incognito mode on the Rams sideline dressed in team attire and sporting a Rams hat.
Bryan Cranston, who won multiple Emmy Awards for playing Walter White on the hit AMC drama, is a huge Rams fan and traveled for Ford Field for the Lions’ first home playoff game since the early 90s. Before the game, the NFL posted a video from him on X (Twitter).
“Bryan Cranston here on the’ sidelines of the Lions vs. the Rams,” he exclaimed. “And just like in the wildlife, when Rams see Lions out about, they think they look friendly. Go Rams.”

After the Lions’ first home playoff win since the 1991 season, the organization posted the perfect response to Cranston, just to rub the Rams’ loss in a little bit more.
The tweet simply said: “I won” and had a photo of Cranston’s “Breaking Bad” character from the show. The line and pic is from the final episode of the show’s fourth season as White gave his wife the shocking message over the phone after some impactful things occurred involving he and some of his enemies.
The Lions will now host another playoff game next Sunday, January 21st, after the Packers beat the Cowboys. Detroit will host the winner of tonight’s game between Tampa Bay and Philadelphia.
