Nov. 6—Larry House Jr. and Gladys House recently renewed their vows and celebrated 50 years of marriage.
“Our 50th anniversary party and renewal of vows,” wrote Gladys House, who submitted these photos. “My husband, Larry D. House Sr., and I, Gladys M. Currier (House), were married 50 years ago on Oct. 19, 1973, in Vader, Washington. We renewed our vows on Oct. 24, 2023, in Chehalis, Washington. We had 47 guests, including my attendants, Monica Thompson, Lori House, Melissa Dickinson and Katie Dickinson. Larry was accompanied by Larry D. House Jr., Leon House and Michael Sickles. My dad walked me down the aisle. My son-in-law, Andrew Thompson, officiated the ceremony. The wedding cake was made by our granddaughter, Emily Dickinson. The cake was an exact replica of our original Wedding cake.”
