Laura O’Mahony rescued by the RNLI pay tribute to crews on 200th anniversary of charity

Laura O’Mahony who were rescued by the RNLI have paid tribute to the lifesaving work of lifeboat crews on the 200th anniversary of the charity. Laura O’Mahony joined crews on the banks of the Liffey today, to unveil special An Post stamps that celebrate the work of the RNLI. The stamps were created by Dublin-based artist David Rooney to show the moment of rescue between a lifeboat crew member and the person in the water.
